DDC commissions a detailed market research signing with Five Dimensions Consultancy office (5D) to survey the KSA pharmaceutical market followed by a consultancy contract for the pharmaceutical facility project.
2017 - 2018: KPMG
DDC founders take the first step and commission KPMG to develop the business plan and financial feasibility studies for the proposed pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
2016 - 2024: SCED
DDC founders take an important next step and invest in a key future element for the production facility - a dedicated distribution network. The Saudi Company for Equilibrium Development (SCED) became a purpose-built partner in 2016.
2019 -2039: MODON
DDC signs a 20-year leased land contract with the Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON) for the manufacturing facility.
2020 - 2023: SIDF
DDC signed with the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) which fully approved the project, investing government capital. The government business partnership with DDC begins the Phase-One production line.
2019-2020: Syntegon
DDC commissions BOSCH Integrated Solutions Pharma, Germany (Syntegon) to provide the conceptual & basic design for the initial Oral Solid Dosages Line One. DDC then signs with BOSCH | SYNTEGON for future facility expansion planning.
2020 - 2022: EGEC
DDC signs with Engineering Consultancy Design Services (EGEC) for the facility detailed design.
2020 - 2021: ZENVISION
DDC signs a technology transfer agreement with ZENVISION PHARMA (Contract Research & Development).
